April 15 – August 1: MDOT closure – EB I-196 at M-6, Ottawa County
Eastbound I-196 will close at M-6 starting 9 a.m. this Monday through August. Eastbound I-196 traffic will exit to eastbound M-6 and can take northbound US-131 to eastbound I-196. During this time, the ramp from westbound M-6 to eastbound I-196 will also be closed.

April – September: I-196 Reconstruction Grandville/Hudsonville, Kent & Ottawa Counties
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is reconstructing approximately 5 miles of westbound I-196 from Kenowa Avenue to 32nd Avenue in the city of Hudsonville. The project also includes new drainage, signs, traffic signals and bridge improvements at 22nd and 32nd avenues.
Westbound I-196 traffic will be shifted to the eastbound side of the roadway at Kenowa Avenue. Westbound I-196 through-traffic will not have access to 32nd Avenue. The westbound I-196 ramp to eastbound M-6 will remain open. All eastbound I-196 traffic will have to exit to eastbound M-6.
Westbound M-6 traffic will have access to 32nd Avenue and will also be able to continue west on I-196. The westbound M-6 ramp to eastbound I-196 will be closed.

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING NOTICE for June 4, 2019
CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF JAMESTOWN
COUNTY OF OTTAWA, MICHIGAN
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township Board of the Charter Township of Jamestown (the “Township”) will hold a special meeting of the Township Board on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., local time, at the Jamestown Township Hall, located at 2380 Riley St., within the Township, regarding the use, development and possible sale of all or some of the Township-owned real property commonly known as 3801 24th Avenue, 3765 24th Avenue, and 2783 Greenly Street, and, if necessary, to meet in closed session with the Township Attorney to consider material exempt from disclosure under Michigan’s Freedom of Information Act. The Township Board may make decisions with respect to the all or some of the property at the special meeting.
All interested persons may attend the special meeting. Proposed minutes of the special meeting of the Township Board will be available for public inspection not more than eight business days after the special meeting. Approved minutes of the Township Board meeting will be available for public inspection at the Township Hall not later than five business days after the meeting at which the minutes are approved by the Township Board.
